Situated very centrally in Ayia Napa, you are in one of the best locations you can imagine. A mere five minutes from the harbour and beach, close to the Sqaure at Ayia napa and within a five minute walk to all the bars of Ayia Napa, this location is simply the best. A car is definately not needed. You are only ten to fifteen mins walk from the famous Nissi Beach, professed by many to be the best beach in Europe!! The area is served by a local bus which travels up Nissi Avenue to the waterpark world which is the largest in Europe and on to Larnaca if you wish, or back to Protaras and Paralimni.
Waterworld Waterpark, Ayia Napa - This award-winning park deserves a visit and is the largest themed Waterpark in Europe, offering a huge selection of water slides and amenities. Don’t miss out on this fabulous day out for all the family.
Water sports – This is one of the best areas on the island for fabulous watersports offering paragliding, water skiing, speedboat hire and jet ski’s... the list is endless.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 persons. A private complex, which is gated and set back from the road to give it a very private feel. This is an excellent complex, with fantastic pool area, with sunlounger. One you will not want to miss.
This apartment caters for your every need, with all the little personal touches.
Close to the Harbour at Ayia Napa and beach, and centrally situated in the centre of Ayia Napa. Everything is within a short walk, with restaurants and bars all within a two minute walk. Nissi Beach is only a short taxi ride away.
This apartment is very furnished to a high specification.
The lounge area has leather sofa and armchairs, Nice kitchen area with fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, table and chairs, balcony off the lounge area.
The bedrooms area large kingsize bed, with balcony from the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with large double bed and separate single bed, there is also an extra fold down bed if needed. Balconies both have patio furniture available.
The outside area of the apartment complex opens onto a fantastic pool with new sunloungers. Situated next to shops and restaurants, you are not far from any amenities so relax on the loungers, grab a drink from the local bar and chill!!
The property has airconditioning throughout the apartment which is included in the prices. Also private parking is available in the car park to the rear of the building.
